  • What kind of training services do you offer?
We offer personalised, one-on-one training sessions for dogs of all ages and breeds. We do not offer group classes as we believe in providing individualised attention to each dog to address specific behavioural issues and not overwhelm the dog (especially puppies).
  • Where do the training sessions take place?
We offer training sessions at and around the client's house in Barcelona. This allows us to work with the dog in their natural environment and address any specific issues that may be present. For international clients the sessions are held via video call.
  • Is the consultation beforehand required?
Yes, a consultation beforehand is mandatory. During this consultation, we assess the dog's behaviour and personality to determine the best approach to training. We also discuss training goals and develop a customised plan that fits the dog's specific needs.
  • Do you work with aggressive dogs?
We do not work with extreme cases of fear or aggression. For such cases, we recommend seeking assistance from a qualified veterinary behaviourist. We prioritise the safety of both the dog and the trainer, and we believe that aggressive cases require specialised expertise beyond our scope. If you're unsure wether this includes your dog, we'll be happy determine your case in a free consultation!
  • What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing varies depending on the specific needs of each dog and their training goals. During the consultation, we discuss the pricing structure and develop a customized training plan that fits within your budget.
  • How do I schedule a training session?
You can schedule a training session by contacting us through our website or calling us directly. We will schedule the consultation beforehand, and upon agreement, we will proceed to schedule the actual training session(s).
  • What are your qualifications?
As trainer I have years of experience working with dogs of all breeds and ages. I have completed extensive training in canine behaviour, learning theory, and training techniques in different countries. Moreover I regularly attend seminars and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Do you offer any guarantees?
We cannot guarantee that your dog's behaviour will completely change as training is a process that requires commitment, effort, and patience from both the dog and the owner. However, we do guarantee that we will work with you and your dog to the best of our abilities and provide ongoing support throughout the training process.
  • How long does each session last?
Each session lasts approximately one hour.
  • What kind of training tools do you use?
We do never use any aversive tools that hurt the dog, such as shock collars or prong collars. Instead, we use positive reinforcement techniques, such as treats and praise, to support the dog. However, we understand that some owners may have used such tools in the past, and we will not judge them for having done so.
  • How do I know if dog training is right for my dog?
Dog training is beneficial for all dogs, regardless of age or breed. It helps to strengthen the bond between the owner and the dog, improves their quality of life, and ensures their safety. Whether your dog is exhibiting behavioural issues or not, training can be a great way to provide them with mental and physical stimulation and make sure you have the necessary understanding to create a harmonious life for both of you.
